Wages are based on the regulations of the collective labour agreement (GAV) – and in our case, they even exceed those standards. This ensures quality, reliability, and mutual respect at all times. For specific needs, we provide tailored offers.
Our services can be paid conveniently by invoice or through direct debit (LSV). Invoices are sent at the beginning of the following month – either electronically or, for a small additional fee, by post.
Our cleaning staff are fully insured in accordance with legal requirements (social security, accident, pension, etc.). Additionally, we carry all necessary liability insurance in case of any unforeseen incidents.
Assignment depends on the region and the current availability of our cleaning staff. Our goal is to find the most suitable professional as quickly as possible – carefully selected and ideally matched to your household. Typically, we can propose a concrete schedule within just a few days.
In general, cleaning materials are provided by the customer. Every home is unique and requires individual care. We work with the customer's preferred products. Additionally, we offer our own high-quality cleaning product line and are happy to advise you on the ideal setup.
Based on the details of your household, we will recommend a suitable cleaning professional. Together with our field service customer advisor, we ensure a smooth introduction that meets all your expectations.

Cleanings can be booked Monday to Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Outside of these hours, special rates apply.
The contract is only concluded when you accept our offer after discussing the offer. You can do this by agreeing verbally during the discussion or in writing via email. The General Terms and Conditions are an integral part of our offer and only become part of the contract and legally binding upon acceptance of the offer. Without your consent, no contract is concluded.
